5 New Insolvency Cases for Antony Batty & Company

London and Brentwood based Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Antony Batty and Company, was appointed to act for 5 new cases in March 2017. Four of the cases were Liquidations, with the fifth being a joint administration. Licensed Insolvency Practioner, W A Batty has been appointed Liquidator of a Bournemouth based data marketing business. The director attributes high overheads as a contributing factor to the failure.

H F Jesseman, Licensed Insolvency practitioner from Antony Batty & Company was appointed as Liquidator of Chroma Sports Limited and Chroma Agency Limited on 10 march 2017. Chroma is a leading digital development company specialising in sports and sports betting products.

W A Batty has been appointed Liquidator of Dorset based Alliance Electrical Contractors Limited. The Company provided installation of electrical wiring and fixing services. The insolvency and business failure has been partly as a result of cash flow being adversely affected by slow and non payment of debtors.

T W Gardiner was appointed as Liquidator of Standing Ovation Entertainments Limited on 3 March 2017. The company was involved in selling theatre tickets for events in London and Essex.

H F Jesseman and W A Batty were appointed as Joint Administrators of Percussion Plus Limited, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality, handmade, precision tuned, percussion instruments for the UK and export markets, based in Market Harborough.
