The firm was established in 1997 to offer “Big Four” service levels to owner managed businesses, requiring turnaround or insovlency advice. Whilst we are based in Gray’s Inn in the City of London, we offer a national service, recent assignments have involved companies in Cumbria, Devon, Dorset, Oxfordshire and in Norfolk.

We enjoy very good relationships with all the clearing banks who appreciate the value which we can add to difficult situations. This can be especilly benifical for directors with personal guarantees.

By working closely with FinancialRescue.co.uk we are able to introduce turnaround and re-financing solutions to companies experiencing cash flow difficulties. We also have strong links with a number of City Corporate Finance Houses willing to fund turnarounds. We have been involved in restoring solvency to a number of insolvent Public Companies previously listed on AIM or Market Plus which have then been re-listed as “Shell companies” prior to reverse take-overs.

Our Bankruptcy and IVA department have assisted a number of people avoid Bankruptcy. When acting for creditors our team have successfully maximised realisations for creditors where they have appointed us as Trustee of Bankrupt individuals.

The firm has four licensed insovlency practitioners, who have over a 100 years experiance. One of our practitioners is always available at very short notice to see directors or individuals with financial problems, we offer an initial confidential meeting without charge.
